Mr. Samuel Amo Tobbin is the Executive Chairman of the Tobinco Group of Companies, a diversified Ghanaian conglomerate with strategic interests spanning pharmaceuticals, healthcare, education, finance, insurance, media, real estate, event management, international trade, philanthropy and faith-based infrastructure.

Professional Background
Mr. Tobbin is a seasoned entrepreneur and corporate leader with extensive experience in pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, and enterprise growth. From modest beginnings, he founded Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Limited and has grown it into one of Ghana’s leading pharmaceutical companies, distinguished by its nationwide market reach and operational scale.

Rev. Prof. Peter Ohene Kyei

Chairman, University Council

Reverend Professor Peter Ohene Kyei is a seasoned academic, administrator, and minister with over four decades of experience in higher education and leadership. His career spans teaching, institutional management, and service within both academia and the Church.

Prof. Aaron Lante Lawson

President

Professor Lawson is an inspiration to students, having won the Best Teacher Award for the Basic Sciences on five consecutive occasions (2001-2005), and in 2007, the University of Ghana Best Teacher Award for the Sciences (2004), and the University of Ghana Distinguished Award for Meritorious Service (2013).

Librarain

Dr. Mrs. Theodosia S. A. Adanu is an accomplished academic librarian with over 30 years of progressive experience in library management.  She holds a PhD in Information Science from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and advanced degrees (MPhil and Post-Graduate Diploma) in Library Studies from the University of Ghana.

Dr. Adanu has led major initiatives in library automation, research commons establishment and e-resource management.
