1. Through USSD
2. Dial *887*9# on all networks
3. Enter EUHS
4. Authorise Payment
5. User receives e-voucher via SMS after successful payment.

In a situation where the user does not receive an SMS after a period of successfully completing the transaction, they can retrieve the e-voucher using the following steps:

1. Dial *887*9# on all networks
2. Select “Yes”
3. Select “Retrieve E-Voucher”
4. The details of the E-Voucher are displayed (ie Voucher PIN)
